As an instructor, I enjoy using my hands to give feel-good adjustments that help release tension and stress. It felt natural to continue my education with bodywork to include Therapeutic Thai Massage.
Never had Thai before? You might find yourself pleasantly surprised, as I did the first time I opted for a ‘comfy clothes-on’ treatment. Think acupressure to open energy meridians and lazy yoga stretches to create mobility and more ease in your body. Most importantly, you just feel awesome afterwards - relaxed, released and re-aligned.
