You’re not alone, many people are feeling stressed, scared, irritable and even angry during these unsettling times. It’s a normal response given the barrage of the constant negative news feed, economic uncertainty, social media addiction and civil unrest. Anxiety and fear can make daily life unmanageable and unkind, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
No matter what’s going on around you, you can shift the chaos into a more peaceful, manageable existence and feel happier. What would it feel like to wake up each morning, feeling empowered to face mental and emotional challenges with more ease and conjure up excitement to face the day, as you align with your real purpose and bigger vision?
Hundreds of studies show the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily routine. This is a great place to begin or refresh mindfulness routines to support your highest intentions for a better way of life. We’ll utilize mind-body techniques including guided meditation, breath work, self-massage and tapping techniques, journaling and deeply restful restorative yoga poses.
